NOVELTY - Weapon barrel assembly comprises a barrel constructed of silicon nitride, aluminum oxide, and/or silicon carbide combined with graphene, where the combination of silicon nitride, aluminum oxide, and/or silicon carbide and graphene is infused with 0.5-5 wt.% or 0.1-2 vol.% of graphene. USE - Used as weapon barrel assembly. ADVANTAGE - The weapon barrel assembly: has increased flexural and fracture toughness and high temperature strength and thermal shock toughness, thus exhibiting extreme thermal conductivity and flexural and shock resistant properties; is light weight and heat resistant up to 1800 degrees F; has greater heat dissipation capabilities; and will not warp or wear even after extended use.
