DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing a composite powder comprising mixing soluble bismuth salt in distilled water to obtain transparent solution, dissolving oxidized graphene oxide in water, subjecting to ultrasonic mixing, adding polyethylene glycol-400, stirring, adding prepared transparent solution, mixing at room temperature for 1-2 hours, adding alkali solution while stirring, adjusting pH value to 9-10, stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, heating while stirring at 80-90 degrees C for 1 hour, filtering, washing the filter cake, and drying at 300-400 degrees C for 2 hours in the presence of nitrogen.
