NOVELTY - Preventing corrosion of wet rusted coating steel structure involves using power tool to clean up welding flux, welding flash, spatter, dust, loose oxide scale and thick rust layer on surface of steel structural component, where the rust removal grade ISO 8501-1St22, using lye or organic solvent to remove oil stain on the surface of steel structure, cleaning grease, cleaning with lye, rinsing 2-3 times with clean water, drying the surface of the steel structure with oil-free compressed air, preparing eco-friendly graphene metal strip rust anti-corrosion coating by compounding ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) resin and butadiene styrene copolymer (SBS resin) in advance through special preparation method, mixing with imidazole compound, vinyl acetate, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, isopropyl butyrate, ethyl 2-methylpropionate, controlling the reaction temperature at 160-200degrees Celsius, reacting for 2-8 hours to obtain the SBS modified acrylic resin. USE - Method for preventing corrosion of wet rusted coating steel structure. ADVANTAGE - The methood has short time for the whole recoating work, small safety risk, fast rust removal, fast coating, good recoating quality and long service life, and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preventing corrosion of wet rusted coating steel structure involves using power tool to clean up welding flux, welding flash, spatter, dust, loose oxide scale and thick rust layer on surface of steel structural component, where the rust removal grade ISO 8501-1St2, using lye or organic solvent to remove oil stain on the surface of steel structure, cleaning grease, cleaning with lye, rinsing 2-3 times with clean water, drying the surface of the steel structure with oil-free compressed air, preparing eco-friendly graphene metal strip rust anti-corrosion coating by compounding ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) resin and butadiene styrene copolymer (SBS resin) in advance through special preparation method, mixing with imidazole compound, vinyl acetate, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, isopropyl butyrate, ethyl 2-methylpropionate, controlling the reaction temperature at 160-200degrees Celsius, reacting for 2-8 hours to obtain the SBS modified acrylic resin, using 10-30 wt.% heterocyclic compound (such as lactone, lactam, internal anhydride, pyridine, pyrrole, furan), 20-80 wt.% modified acrylic resin and epoxy resin, forming an interpenetrating network to construct a new type of polymer resin to contain hydroxyl, carboxyl, epoxy, double bond and other groups, at the same time, preparing the rusty antirust coating by using 21-42 wt.% isophorone diamine, 12-25 wt.% aliphatic isocyanate and 20-50 wt.% modified low molecular weight bisphenol F type epoxy resin as a curing agent after major modification work, where the pollution-free solvent and diluent matching the above materials, the main components of the solvent includes 1-10 wt.% ester, 2-12 wt.% ketone, 5-10 wt.% alcohol, 1.5-10 wt.% hydrocarbon, 5-14 wt.% alcohol ether, and the main solvent and diluent have active group, preparing eco-friendly graphene metal rust and anti-corrosion treatment material by compounding pollution-free solvent and diluent material with graphene material to obtain eco-friendly graphene metal strip rust anti-corrosion treatment material, grinding the steel structural portion with power tool, checking the cleanliness, mixing the rusted paint and the auxiliary agent with weight ratio 8.3:1 for 15 minutes, using a brush to pre-coat the included angle slits of the steel structure, using a roller for large-area roller coating, and the interval is about 30 minutes before the next process, drying the paint coating, measuring, and inspecting the thickness of the paint film to pass the inspection, and the surface of the coating should be uniform and consistent and luster, there are no obvious defects such as wrinkling, flowing, blistering, cracks, etc., and the surface of the component should not be missed or misprinted, and the coating should not be peeled or rusted.
