▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A sulfate steering protection layer comprises PTFE wax, lauryl dimethylamine oxide, graphene oxide, hydrazine hydrate, epsilon -caprolactone diol, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, trifluoropropylmethyl cyclotrisiloxane, tetramethyldisiloxane, 95-98% sulfuric acid, toluene diisocyanate, butyl acetate, 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, nylon acid methyl ester, aluminum-ammonium sulfate, titanium sulfate, and magnesium sulfate. USE - Sulfate steering protection layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sulfate steering protection layer has excellent raw-material compatibility, filler dispersion between resin, and stability, and no agglomeration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sulfate steering protection layer comprises 4-5 pts. wt. PTFE wax, 0.3-1 pt. wt. lauryl dimethylamine oxide, 10-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 170-180 pts. wt. epsilon -caprolactone diol, 5-6 pts. wt. octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 2.5-3 pts. wt. trifluoropropylmethyl cyclotrisiloxane, 0.8-1 pt. wt. tetramethyldisiloxane, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. 95-98% sulfuric acid, 120-130 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 10-14 pts. wt. butyl acetate, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, 6-10 pts. wt. nylon acid methyl ester, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum-ammonium sulfate, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. titanium sulfate, and 3-4 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of sulfate steering protection layer.
