NOVELTY - A planar gas-sensitive sensing element comprises a gas-sensitive sensing components loaded with graphene formed by chemical vapor deposition, where the graphene deposited on a surface of a one-dimensional zinc oxide film, and the one-dimensional zinc oxide has diameter of 100-200 nm, aspect ratio of 3 or more and tip width of 10-100 nm. USE - Planar gas-sensitive sensing element for sensing acetone gas. ADVANTAGE - The planar gas-sensitive sensing element has high selectivity, high sensitivity and rapid response to acetone gas at low operation temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a planar gas-sensitive sensing element, which involves cleaning graphene and gas-sensitive sensing component, subjecting the gas-sensitive sensing component to hydrothermal synthesis method after cleaning and deposition of metal zinc thin film, where the metal zinc thin film is deposited with the metal zinc thin film in an one dimension zinc oxide compound film, and heating the product.
