NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene heat sink comprises adding graphite oxide to deionized water, adding dispersant, stirring, shaking or ultrasonicating to prepare aqueous graphene oxide solution; coating aqueous graphene oxide solution on substrate, drying, peeling off graphene oxide film from the substrate, and carrying out laser irradiation to reduce graphene oxide to obtain graphene film; and carbonizing. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene heat sink. ADVANTAGE - The heat sink has excellent heat dissipation performance, is easy to control, and has high purity.
