NOVELTY - Use of graphene quantum dot, is claimed in preparation of drugs for preventing and/or treating osteoporosis, inhibiting maturation of osteoclast precursor cell fusion, differentiation and maturation related genes, activity of TRAP enzymes of osteoclasts and fusion of osteoclast precursor cells to form multinucleated mature osteoclasts, and providing anti-mature osteoclast ability. USE - The graphene quantum dot is useful in preparation of drugs for preventing and/or treating osteoporosis, inhibiting maturation of osteoclast precursor cell fusion, differentiation and maturation related genes, activity of TRAP enzymes of osteoclasts and fusion of osteoclast precursor cells to form multinucleated mature osteoclasts, and providing anti-mature osteoclast ability (all claimed).
