▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing light composite material filled with enhanced high molecular ball comprises using 80-100 pts. wt. cement, 1-5 pts. wt. matrix reinforced phase, 25-35 pts. wt. water, 10-30 pts. wt. sand, 5-10 pts. wt. coarse aggregate, 5-10 pts. wt.rough aggregate, 0-5 pts. wt. additive, 60-90 pts. wt. high-molecular ball and 60-80 pts. wt. hollow glass micro-bead, 80-120 pts. wt. curing polymers, 0-40 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. molecular ball and 30-50 pts. wt. reinforcing material, where the polymer ball is polystyrene ball, polyethylene ball or polypropylene ball, and the diameter of the polypropene ball is 3-12 mm. USE - The method is useful for preparing light composite material filled with reinforced high molecular ball, which is useful in heat insulation, energy-saving wall, and sandwich component. ADVANTAGE - The method provides light composite material with low density, reinforcing mechanical performance, water absorption and heat preservation performance. The method is simple and convenient preparation technique and enhanced high molecular ball filling. The reinforced phase can further enhance the mechanical property of the whole composite material while keeping the low density. The spherical closed and independent hole structure, heat accumulation the material, and the heat accumulation performance are enhanced. The density of the composite material prepared by the method is 0.8-1.4 g/cm3, the compression strength is 20-35 MPa, the tensile strength is 2-3.5 MPa and the thermal conductivity 0.15-0.25 W/mK 15 %. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a preparation example of the enhanced high molecular sphere. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
