NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion coating suitable for use in an acidic environment comprises 30-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-40 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-10 pts. wt. conductive polymer filler, 0.01-10 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.01-2 pts. wt. coating additives. USE - The anti-corrosion coating suitable for use in acidic environments used in power transmission and transformation equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating utilizes anion doping in an acidic medium during the coating formation process, while forming the doped state, a macromolecular structure is formed, which can improve the anti-corrosion performance of the coating; utilizes conductive polymer filler, which has good characteristics- corrosion, acid-resistant and wear-resistant, and good application prospect in the field of heat-engine plant device, chemical device, offshore platform and so on. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing anti-corrosion coating, comprising (i) dissolving conductive polymer filler in the dispersant, and mixing with epoxy resin and coating additives after ultrasonication to obtain first component, (ii) taking curing agent as second component, and (iii) mixing the first and second components uniformly to obtain anti-corrosion coating; and Use of anti-corrosion coating suitable for use in acidic environments in power transmission and transformation equipment.
