NOVELTY - A polypyrrole composite graphite foam electrode sheet preparing method involves adding oxidized graphite and polypropylene to the ball mill. The ball-milled mixture is added into the mixed solution of ethanol and water into a suspension. Foamed nickel is immersed in the suspension, evaporated, placed in muffle furnace and cooled. The cooled product is immersed in hydrochloric acid to obtain foamed graphene, followed by placing the foamed graphene into the pyrrole solution, adding the initiator, stirring, standing, filtering, vacuum drying and pressing to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing polypyrrole composite graphite foam electrode sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing polypyrrole composite graphite foam electrode sheet in cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polypyrrole composite graphite foam electrode sheet preparing method involves adding oxidized graphite and polypropylene to the ball mill. The ball-milled mixture is added into the mixed solution of ethanol and water to disperse into a suspension. Foamed nickel is immersed in the suspension, evaporated to dry the solvent, placed in muffle furnace under the protection of hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas and cooled the mixture completely after the reaction. The cooled product is immersed in hydrochloric acid to obtain foamed graphene, followed by adding pyrrole into water and stirring uniformly to obtain pyrrole solution, placing the foamed graphene into the pyrrole solution, adding the initiator, stirring, standing, filtering, vacuum drying and pressing to obtain the finished product.
