▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A metal nickel substrate is ultrasonically cleaned, dried, and placed in a tubular furnace. An inert gas is introduced into the furnace, and the substrate is heated is carried out at 750-1000 degrees C for 10-50 minutes with passage of hydrogen. A hydrocarbon is flown into the furnace at 20-100 sccm such that catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon is carried out and a graphene and amorphous carbon thin film is grown on the nickel substrate. The substrate is soaked in a corrosive etching liquid to obtain a graphene and porous amorphous carbon thin film. USE - Preparation of graphene and porous amorphous carbon film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses low-temperature conditions.
