NOVELTY - Preparation of high wearable and high heat-resistant patch of vehicle clutch involves ultrasonically dispersing oxidized graphene and nano diamond modified composite fiber fabric into nano titanate/boron-phosphorus-molybdenum silicon composite modified water-soluble phenol resin, drying compound fiber cloth in drying tower, controlling temperature at 80-90 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, tearing, drying compound fiber cloth, molding, placing preform in hot press molding, hot pressing at 160-180 degrees C, and discharging for 3-5 times; and putting preform in glycol at rate of 2-3 degrees C/minute to 70-80 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing high wearable and high heat-resistant patch of vehicle clutch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has no filler particle components, high wearable and high heat resistant patch of vehicle clutch, scientific and reasonable operation, and good mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high wearable and high heat-resistant patch of vehicle clutch comprises ultrasonically dispersing oxidized graphene and nano diamond modified composite fiber fabric into nano titanate/boron-phosphorus-molybdenum silicon composite modified water-soluble phenol resin, drying compound fiber cloth in drying tower, controlling temperature at 80-90 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, tearing, drying compound fiber cloth, molding, placing preform in hot press molding, hot pressing at 160-180 degrees C, and discharging for 3-5 times; putting preform in glycol at rate of 2-3 degrees C/minute to 70-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, raising temperature to 100-120 degrees C at rate of 1-2 degrees C/minute for 2-3 hours, cooling at to 60-70 degrees c for 1-2 hours, taking out, cooling to room temperature, washing, drying, putting in mineral oil at rate of 3-5 degrees C/minute, heating to 140-160 degrees C for 3-4 hours, cooling to 90-100 degrees C for 1.5-2.5 hours, taking out, and cooling to room temperature; washing, drying, heating to 170-190 degrees C for 4-6 hours, taking out, and cooling to room temperature; and washing, drying, carrying out heat treatment, cutting product, grinding, and machining surface patch of vehicle clutch.
