NOVELTY - Polythiophene coated graphene oxide-nickel ferrite-barium titanate modified epoxy resin absorbing coating comprises 1.3-3.5 pts. wt. nickel ferrite-barium titanate nanocomposite material, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-4 pts. wt. 3-thiophenic acid, 1.5-6 pts. wt. oxidant, 76-90 pts. wt. epoxy resin, and 6-10 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Used as polythiophene coated graphene oxide-nickel ferrite-barium titanate modified epoxy resin absorbing coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: can improves the conductivity, magnetic permeability and magnetic loss of epoxy resin; has good compatibility in epoxy resin; and reduces the toughness and fracture strength of epoxy resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polythiophene coated graphene oxide-nickel ferrite-barium titanate modified epoxy resin absorbing coating comprising (1) orderly adding 1.3-3.5 pts. wt. nickel ferrite-barium titanate nanocomposite material and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide to the chloroform solvent, subjecting solution to ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 2-3 hours under the ultrasonic frequency of 20-25 KHz, adding 1-4 pts. wt. 3-thiophenic acid and 1.5-6 pts. wt. oxidant of iron(III) chloride, reacting the solution at -5-0 degrees C for 12-15 hours, concentrating the solution under reduced pressure, washing the solid product with 5-8% dilute hydrochloric acid, distilled water and absolute ethanol, placing in an oven, heating to 55-65 degrees C, and sufficiently drying to obtain polythiophene coated graphene oxide-nickel ferrite-barium titanate; and (2) adding 76-90 pts. wt. epoxy resin to propylene glycol methyl ether solvent and the polythiophene-coated graphene oxide-nickel ferrite-barium titanate obtained in the step (1), sispersing the solution at 70-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours, distilling the solution under reduced pressure, adding distilled water to control the solid-liquid ratio to 60-80%, adding 6-10 pts. wt. curing agent, heating the emulsion to 50-60 degrees C, stirring at constant speed for 2-3 hours to prepare polythiophene-coated graphene oxide-nickel ferrite-barium titanate modified epoxy resin absorbing coating.
