▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing carbon fibers with biomimetic hierarchical interface layer comprises (i) desizing the carbon fibers to obtain desizing carbon fibers, (ii) soaking the desized carbon fiber in the aqueous solution of poly(ethylene glycol) bispyrene butyrate and then vacuum-drying to obtain carbon fiber treated with poly(ethylene glycol) bispyrene butyrate, (iii) soaking the carbon fibers treated with bispyrene butyric acid polyethylene glycol in the graphene oxide aqueous suspension and drying them in vacuum to obtain carbon fiber with a layer of biomimetic hierarchical structure interface layer, and (iv) repeating step (ii) and (iii) to obtain carbon fibers having a multi-layer interface layer of biomimetic hierarchical structure. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon fibers with biomimetic hierarchical interface layer. ADVANTAGE - The method solves problem of poor interfacial bonding between carbon fiber and a resin matrix. The carbon fibers can be used to prepare carbon fiber resin composite materials with high interfacial strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Carbon fibers with biomimetic hierarchical interface layer, prepared by above method; and Preparing carbon fiber epoxy resin composite material with bionic hierarchical structure, comprising taking carbon fiber with the bionic hierarchical structure interface layer as raw material, specifically comprising placing carbon fiber with the interface layer of the biomimetic hierarchical structure in the mold, injecting mixture of epoxy resin and curing agent after removing air bubbles into the mold for curing to obtain carbon fiber composite material with bionic hierarchical structure.
