NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive printing ink comprises (i) adding concentrated sulfuric acid in 0-3 degrees C of water bath, stirring for 1-2 hour, adding crystalline flake graphite, stirring for 20-30 minutes, slowly adding potassium permanganate, reacting for 1-3 hours, placing the reaction product at 90-100 degrees C in sealed reaction for 2-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding aqueous hydrogen peroxide, vacuum filtrating to not generate bubbles, and sequentially washing the solid product by acid, by water and drying to obtain graphite oxide; (ii) taking the epoxy silane coupling agent in an ethanol aqueous solution, adjusting the pH to 3-5, and stirring and hydrolyzing, adding graphite oxide to the silane coupling agent solution for ultrasonic vibration peeling, dispersing, stirring for 10-20 minutes; and (iii) mixing aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, modified graphene, conductive carbon fiber and anhydrous ethanol into the mixer to pre-disperse at a speed of 500-800 r/min for 20-40 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene conductive printing ink. ADVANTAGE - The obtained ink has good electrical conductivity. The method uses graphene raw material has good dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene conductive printing ink comprises (i) adding concentrated sulfuric acid in 0-3 degrees C of water bath, stirring for 1-2 hour, adding crystalline flake graphite, stirring for 20-30 minutes, slowly adding potassium permanganate, reacting for 1-3 hours, placing the reaction product at 90-100 degrees C in sealed reaction for 2-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding aqueous hydrogen peroxide, vacuum filtrating to not generate bubbles, and sequentially washing the solid product by acid, by water and drying to obtain graphite oxide; (ii) taking the epoxy silane coupling agent in an ethanol aqueous solution, adjusting the pH to 3-5, and stirring and hydrolyzing for 20-30 minutes to obtain silane coupling agent solution, adding graphite oxide to the silane coupling agent solution for ultrasonic vibration peeling, dispersing, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding an aqueous solution of sodium alginate, heating to 50-60 degrees C in a water bath, and stirring and holding for 1-2 hour, performing suction filtration, sequentially washing the obtained solid product with alcohol, and water and drying to obtain modified graphene; and (iii) mixing aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, modified graphene, conductive carbon fiber and anhydrous ethanol into the mixer to pre-disperse at a speed of 500-800 revolutions/minute for 20-40 minutes, and adding polyvinyl acetate and dodecyl sulfate sodium, polyoxypropylene oxide glyceryl ether and zinc stearate and dispersing at a speed of 1000-1200 revolutions/minutefor 10-20 minutes.
