▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing titanium dioxide/graphene/carbon composite material, involves (a) taking titanium dioxide, graphene and carbon-containing compound, (b) adding raw materials other than carbon-containing compound to carbon-containing compound solution having concentration of 0.05-3 mol/l, performing hydrothermal reaction at 150-300 degrees C for 2-8 hours, cooling and drying to obtain mixture, and (c) annealing obtained mixture at 400-500 degrees C for 2-3 hours. USE - The method is used for preparing titanium dioxide/graphene/carbon composite material, which is used as photocatalytic material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, feasible, convenient to operate and highly controllable, has high product stability, and obtains composite material by synergistically optimizing the hydrothermal reaction and annealing conditions. The prepared composite material has stable shape and structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the titanium dioxide/graphene/carbon composite material prepared using above-mentioned method; and (2) the use of titanium dioxide/graphene/carbon composite material as photocatalytic material, involving contacting titanium dioxide/graphene/carbon composite material with organic pollutants, and irradiating with light having wavelength of 190-780 nm.
