NOVELTY - A quick graphene preparation device comprises tubular furnace (1) comprising quartz pipe (11) with one connected to heating end and the other end is connected to sample loading cabin (2) through vacuum valve (3), heating device (12) provided on outer part of heating end, first air inlet (111) and first air outlet (112) formed in quartz pipe, second air inlet (21), second air outlet (22) and sample loading opening (23) are formed in the sample loading cabin, position-changing device (24) and shifting device (25) are arranged in sample loading cabin, and multiple sample loading boats (4). USE - Quick graphene preparation device. ADVANTAGE - The device greatly improves growth efficiency of tubular furnace, and reduces energy loss and waste. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A quick graphene preparation device comprises tubular furnace (1) comprising quartz pipe (11) with one connected to heating end and the other end is connected to sample loading cabin (2) through vacuum valve (3), heating device (12) provided on outer part of heating end, first air inlet (111) and first air outlet (112) formed in quartz pipe, second air inlet (21), second air outlet (22) and sample loading opening (23) are formed in the sample loading cabin, position-changing device (24) and shifting device (25) are arranged in sample loading cabin, and multiple sample loading boats (4) arranged above the position-changing device. The relative positions of multiple sample loading boats and shifting device are changed through the position-changing device. The shifting device drives the sample loading boats corresponding to the shifting device in position to move between the shifting device and the heating end of quartz pipe. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for quick preparation of graphene comprising: (A) opening sample loading cabin's sample loading opening, placing 1-10 sample loading boats into conveyor belt, and closing sample loading opening; (B) vacuumizing tubular furnace and sample loading cabin, flushing with inert gas at flow rate of 500-100 standard cm3 (sccm) through first air inlet and second air inlet, and washing 2 times when pressure is atmospheric pressure; (C) starting magnetic coil to generate magnetic force to magnetic block, opening switch of telescopic rod to start extending into the direction of tubular furnace, opening vacuum valve, installing telescopic rod into sample loading cabin under the action of magnetic force, and pushing sample loading boats into heating end of quartz tube; (D) closing magnetic coil current, reversing telescopic rod, retracting from sample loading cabin, and closing vacuum valve; (E) heating tubular furnace to 900-1050 degrees C at heating rate of 10 degrees C/minute, and feeding gas carbon source or liquid carbon source at flow rate of 50-100 sccm and catalytic gas at flow rate of 50-200 sccm to carry out gasification for 5-20 minutes to obtain gas deposits; (F) purging with inert gas at flow rate of 500-1000 sccm to remove gas carbon source and catalytic gas, opening vacuum valve, starting magnetic coil, opening telescopic rod switch to start extending into tubular furnace and into magnetic coil magnetic adsorbing block, and switching telescopic rod to reverse to retract sample loading boats into conveyor belt of sample loading cabin; (G) opening conveyor belt after deposition of sample loading boats, moving into one position making next sample loading boat ready and aligned to tubular furnace, and repeating steps C-F; and (H) depositing sample loading boats into sample loading cabin, purging with inert gas at flow rate of 500-1000 sccm, cooling, taking out samples, and re-filling sample loading boat.
