NOVELTY - Double-component single-atom solid alkali catalyst comprises a carrier modified by active component and synergistic component, where the active component is alkali metal or alkaline earth metal, the synergistic component is group III or IV main group metal and the carrier is porous carbon material or oxide. USE - The double-component single-atom solid alkali catalyst is useful in the reaction of ester exchange synthesizing dimethyl carbonate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: uses synergistic component metal element that increases the defect and vacancy of the carrier surface, promotes the dispersion of the active component metal atom, improves the stable anchoring of the active component metal atom, high dispersion of alkaline position on the carrier material, improve the utilization rate and catalytic activity of the active site, and has the interaction force between the alkaline position and the carrier that makes it firmly anchored on the surface of the carrier, reduces the loss of the active site, prolongs the service life of the catalyst, and is repeatedly used. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: ynthesizing the double-component single-atom solid alkali catalyst, comprising (i) adding synergistic component precursor dissolved in the solvent, then adding carrier, stirring, stirring and drying under water bath, placing in the oven to dry, then placing the dried sample in the tubular furnace at 300-600℃ inert atmosphere low temperature pre-activating for 2-3 hours to obtain the co-component modified carrier, (ii) weighing the active component precursor dissolved in the solvent, then adding synergistic component modified carrier, stirring, stirring and drying under water bath, placing in the oven to dry to obtain to-be-activated sample, and (iii) placing the to-be-activated sample in tubular furnace, roasting and activating under the protection of protective atmosphere, converting the active component precursor into free metal atom and stably anchoring co-component modified carrier, namely obtaining the single-atom solid alkali catalyst with double components; and use method of double-component single-atom solid alkali catalyst in the reaction of ester exchange synthesizing dimethyl carbonate, comprising catalyzing the transesterification reaction of methanol and ester to generate dimethyl carbonate, where the ester is ethylene carbonate or propylene carbonate, the molar ratio of methanol to ethylene carbonate or propylene carbonate is 3-10:1, the catalyst content is 0.5-1% of the mass of ethylene carbonate or propylene carbonate, the reaction temperature is 60-80℃, and the reaction is 3-10 hours under the condition of normal pressure condensation and refluxing.
