NOVELTY - Preparing polyimide film with good thermal conductivity and thermal stability, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide into N,N-dimethylacetamide, adding zinc salt, aminoimidazole and methylimidazole, heating and stirring for reaction, adding hydrazine hydrate to the reaction system, stirring reaction, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing and freeze-drying to obtain the aminated ZIF-loaded graphene composite material ammonia- zeolitic imidazolate framework-reduced graphene oxide (NH2-ZIFs-RGO), (ii) adding diamine monomer and NH2-ZIFs-RGO into organic solvent respectively to obtain diamine solution and NH2-ZIFs-RGO dispersion, adding part of dibasic anhydride monomers to diamine solution, stirring and adding NH2-ZIFs-RGO dispersion liquid, stirring and adding remaining dibasic anhydride monomers to adjust viscosity to prepare ZIFs-polyamic acid of RGO, and (iii) coating polyamic acid containing ZIFs-RGO to form film, heating and imidizing in stages, and cooling. USE - Preparing polyimide film with good thermal conductivity and thermal stability. ADVANTAGE - The polyimide film has high thermal conductivity and thermal stability, good mechanical performance, and good popularization.
