NOVELTY - Method for preparing modified phenolic epoxy coating, involves (i) adding the functionalized reduced graphene oxide to the organic solvent and mixing uniformly according to the mass ratio of (0.26-0.5):(6-8) to obtain dispersion (A), (ii) adding the diphenol-based propane epoxy resin to dispersion (A) and dispersing uniformly, and the mass ratio of the diphenol-based propane epoxy resin to the organic solvent is (0.35-0.84):(6-8) to obtain dispersion (b), (iii) adding the diphenol-based propane epoxy resin to the dispersion (B) and mixing uniformly, adding dispersing aids, phenolic epoxy resin and pigments and fillers to dispersion (C) and mixing uniformly, to obtain coating (a), (iv) grinding paint to make the fineness of paint, adding coupling agent, adhesion promoter, defoaming agent and leveling agent, and mixing uniformly to obtain paint (b), and (v) mixing the coating (b) and the alicyclic modified amine uniformly. USE - The method is used for preparing modified phenolic epoxy coating, which is used in an oil pipe (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The tubing coated with the coating used for a long time in the water injection condition at 130 degrees C, and has excellent anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing modified phenolic epoxy coating, involves (i) adding the functionalized reduced graphene oxide to the organic solvent and mixing uniformly according to the mass ratio of (0.26-0.5):(6-8) to obtain dispersion (A), (ii) adding the diphenol-based propane epoxy resin to dispersion (A) and dispersing uniformly, and the mass ratio of the diphenol-based propane epoxy resin to the organic solvent is (0.35-0.84):(6-8) to obtain dispersion (b), (iii) adding the diphenol-based propane epoxy resin to the dispersion (B) and mixing uniformly, where the mass ratio of the diphenol-based propane epoxy resin to the organic solvent is (4.65-11.16):(6-8), to obtain dispersion (C), adding dispersing aids, phenolic epoxy resin and pigments and fillers to dispersion (C) and mixing uniformly, where the mass ratio of dispersing aids, phenolic epoxy resins, pigments and fillers to the organic solvent is (0.05-0.16):(35-40):(36-39):(6-8), to obtain coating (a), (iv) grinding paint to make the fineness of paint a less than 15 mu m, adding coupling agent, adhesion promoter, defoaming agent and leveling agent, and mixing uniformly to obtain paint (b), and (v) mixing the coating (b) and the alicyclic modified amine uniformly, and the mass ratio of the alicyclic modified amine to the organic solvent is (7.5-10): (6-8). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a modified phenolic epoxy coating obtained by the method for preparing a modified phenolic epoxy coating; (2) an oil pipe coated with the modified phenolic epoxy coating; and (3) a method for preparing tubing coated with the modified phenolic epoxy coating, comprising adding thinner to the modified phenolic epoxy coating so that the resulting mixture has a viscosity of 55-65 cst, and spraying the mixture onto the tubing treated by the national standard GB/T8923.1, drying for 1-2 hours at 80-100 degrees C, and curing at room temperature for 5-7 days.
