NOVELTY - Graphite shell comprises a graphite shell inner plate and coating layer coated on the outer side. The inner plate comprises 35-55 pts. wt. graphite, 25-40 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 8-15 pts. wt. liquid agglomerant and 5-15 pts. wt. latent solvent. The coating layer comprises 55-65 pts. graphene powder, 45-60 pts. wt. organosilicone resin, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon oxide, 4-9 pts. wt. bentonite and 73-85 pts. wt. solvent. The liquid agglomerant is phenolic resin, epoxy resin or urea-formaldehyde resin. USE - The graphite shell is useful for thermal power plant. ADVANTAGE - The graphite shell has excellent anti-corrosion treatment, corrosion resistance, heat conducting performance, light weight, high temperature resistance and long service life.
