▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Alternating-current (AC) impedance spectrum pressure sensor comprises a protective layer (1), a conductive layer (2), a dielectric layer (3), and a nanodiamond material layer (4). The protective layer is arranged symmetrically up and down in two groups. The conductive layer is arranged symmetrically up and down in two groups. The top of the conductive layer at the upper end is in contact with the bottom of the protective layer at the upper end. The bottom of the conductive layer at the lower end is in contact with the top of the protective layer at the lower end. The dielectric layer is arranged on top of the nanodiamond material layer. The conductive layer is distributed on the top of the dielectric layer and the bottom of the nano-diamond material layer. USE - AC impedance spectrum pressure sensor used in flexible electronic field in wireless health monitoring, sensor network, and man-machine interaction. ADVANTAGE - The sensor can bear relatively small strain condition through double-layer capacitance effect, thus realizing high-sensitivity pressure measurement.
