NOVELTY - Preparation of rare-earth element-doped perfluorosulfonic acid film involves dissolving p -aminobenzenesulfonic acid in sodium hydroxide solution, adding sodium nitrate and concentrated hydrochloric acid ice water, maintaining temperature in an ice water bath to form an aryl diazonium salt, adding aryl diazonium salt solution to graphene oxide aqueous solution containing lanthanum nitrate at 0-10 degrees C, subjecting to centrifugal separation, washing, drying, obtaining modified sulfonated graphene oxide, adding nano lanthanum oxide to Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer -copolymer) solution, ultrasonically dispersing, evaporating the solvent, adding dimethylformamide, obtaining dimethylformamide solution, dissolving modified sulfonated graphene oxide in dimethylformamide, mixing resultant solution with the dimethylformamide solution, ultrasonically dispersing, pouring mixed dispersion on clean flat glass petri dish, and vacuum drying to form a film. USE - Preparation of rare-earth element-doped perfluorosulfonic acid film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of rare-earth element-doped perfluorosulfonic acid film having low methanol permeability, without decreasing strength.
