▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene in-situ grafted polyester film, is claimed. The modified polyethylene terephthalate raw material is obtained by condensation copolymerization of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol with hydroxylated graphene and aminated graphene as modifiers, using polyphenylene ethylene, lotus leaf hydrophobic agent, and perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane according to mass ratio of 100:(0.5-2.5):(1-3):(0.5-1.5), melt extruding, cast casting, and stretch forming, the condensation reaction system includes 6-10 wt.% hydroxylated graphene, 4-6 wt.% aminated graphene, 42-52 wt.% terephthalic acid, 36-38 wt.% ethylene glycol, 0.5-1 wt.% silane coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 wt.% stabilizer, and 1-1.5 wt.% complex catalyst. USE - Used as graphene in-situ grafted polyester film. ADVANTAGE - The polyester film: utilizes graphene having special functional group structure to chemically crosslink copolymerize with terephthalic acid monomer and ethylene glycol monomer. The method: introduces graphene into the molecular chain of polyester, so that graphene maintains a stable and compatible state in the polyester system for a long time, so that the polyester film has permanent antistatic ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene in-situ grafted polyester film, comprising (1) dispersing hydroxylated graphene and aminated graphene in ethylene glycol, adding silane coupling agent in dropwise manner, stirring for 30 minutes, adding terephthalic acid, stabilizer, and complex catalyst, carrying out condensation copolymerization for 6-12 hours under the reaction temperature of 260-280 degrees C and a vacuum of 100-300 Pa, and (2) drying the step (1) obtained modified polyethylene terephthalate raw material at 120-150 degrees C for 3 hours, blending with polyphenylene ethylene, lotus leaf hydrophobic agent and perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane, melt extruding at 270-285 degrees C, casting at 15-25 degrees C on cold drum, biaxial stretching at 110-120 degrees C, controlling the longitudinal stretch ratio to 4-5 times and the transverse stretch ratio to 2-3 times.
