▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based air filter material comprises three-dimensional sponge-like graphene structure assembled by graphene oxide with pore size of 100-10 mu m and specific surface area of 500-2000 m2/g. USE - Graphene-based air filter material. The three-dimensional graphene structure is useful as filter material for mask filter discs, filter nets of air conditioners and automobile filters and for adsorbing dye, oil and organic solvent (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The porous three-dimensional sponge-like graphene structure has excellent mechanical strength, specific surface area, strong adsorption effect and antibacterial properties, and can be prepared in a simple and economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of three-dimensional graphene material, which involves different mesh graphite powder as raw material for preparing different size graphene oxide and then ultrasonically dispersing in water, adding thickener to aqueous solution of graphene, mixing, adding paper pulp as crosslinking agent, uniformly dispersing in different shape tray vessel, freezing into blocks and lyophilizing.
