▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The antenna has a feed transmission line whose end is arranged with an edge of a silicon dioxide layer. Another end of the feed transmission line is connected with a radiation patch i.e. rectangular metal patch. A side surface of the radiation patch is fixed with a graphene patch that is formed with a transverse H-shaped structure. An external DC bias voltage end is connected with the silicon dioxide layer. The silicon dioxide layer is provided with a metal ground. A main body is arranged with a poly-silicon layer and the silicon dioxide layer from a bottom part to a top part. USE - Graphene-based dual-frequency micro-strip antenna. ADVANTAGE - The antenna ensures better antenna radiation property and double-frequency band width, and has better radiation performance, compact structure, wide-frequency band width and high stability, and is easy to manufacture. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a graphene-based dual-frequency micro-strip antenna.
