NOVELTY - Mechanical lubricating oil anti-wear agent comprises 10-20 pts. wt. isobutenyl sulfide, 15-30 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 4-12 pts. wt. ricinoleic acid, 3-8 pts. wt. silicon micropowder, 3-14 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide powder, 2-8 pts. wt. magnesia, 4-10 pts. wt. cellulose sulfate, 2-8 pts. wt. sulfonated graphene and 5-15 pts. wt. nano molybdenum disulfide. USE - Used as mechanical lubricating oil anti-wear agent. ADVANTAGE - The anti-wear agent: has simple preparation method; and reduces engine wear, and prolongs the working life of friction part. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing mechanical lubricating oil anti-wear agent, comprising (i) mixing isobutenyl sulfide, chlorinated paraffin, ricinoleic acid, silica powder and nano-titanium dioxide powder in reaction vessel, and reacting for 80 minutes at 150 degrees C and 800 Pa pressure to obtain mixture A, (ii) adding magnesium oxide, cellulose sulfate, sulfonated graphene and nano molybdenum disulfide into the mixture A, adding mixture into stirring kettle, stirring for 40 minutes at low-speed of 300 revolutions/minute, and allowing to stand for 30 minutes to obtain mixture B, and (iii) adding mixture B into a vacuum tank for vacuum treatment to obtain anti-wear agent.
