NOVELTY - Manufacturing a metal-carbon composite comprises synthesizing a carbon material on a porous catalyst surface, forming a three-dimensional porous carbon structure by removing the porous catalyst, forming a metal-carbon composite by filling and complexing a metal in the three-dimensional porous carbon structure, and controlling the porosity of the metal-carbon composite by compressing the metal-carbon composite. USE - The metal-carbon composite is useful for high thermal conductivity heat dissipation material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal-carbon composite structure: is suitable for mass production; and has improved thermal conductivity property with excellent heat dissipation ability.
