NOVELTY - Processing graphene involves: (S1) heating original graphene at 300-1800degrees Celsius for low-temperature pre-heat treatment under the protection of reducing gas or mixed gas containing reducing gas to obtain low-temperature treated graphene; (S2) continuously heating the low-temperature treated graphene at 1800-2300degrees Celsius under the protection of inert gas for medium-temperature treatment to obtain medium-temperature treated graphene; (S3) continuously heating the medium-temperature treated graphene at 2300-2800degrees Celsius under the protection of inert gas for high-temperature treatment to obtain high-temperature treated graphene; (S4) cooling the high-temperature treated graphene to 2800-1800degrees Celsius under the protection of inert gas; and (S5) cooling the graphene treated in step (S4) under the protection of an inert gas to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for processing graphene used in preparation of supercapacitor, battery, stealth material, and electronic power material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene, which has high purity and intrinsic property through four-stage heat treatment method.
