NOVELTY - Reducing oxidation potential of pre-metallizing agent comprises mixing the pre-metallizing agent and the carbon material, grinding to obtain a mixture, where the pre-metallizing agent is organic carboxylate potassium salt, organic carboxylate sodium salt or organic carboxylate lithium salt, and the carbon material is graphene, carbon nanotubes, and/or carbon dot. USE - Method for reducing oxidation potential of pre-metallizing agent used in electrochemical energy storage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively reduce the decomposition potential of the pre-metallization agent, and effectively avoid electrolyte decomposition under high voltage condition, ensure good stability of electrolyte, and improve long cycle stability of electrochemical energy storage device.
