▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The water electrolyzer has electrode (1) whose base material is made of lightweight graphite slab (11). The anode surface is provided with the graphene layer, and oxygen and hydrogen storage metal layer with low hydrogen overvoltage. An alloy layer is formed in the surface of cathode of electrode. An electric heat mechanism made of corrosion-resistant electric heat material or water-proof electric heat material is formed for providing heat in electrolytic cell. USE - Water electrolyzer used in production experiment of hydrogen and oxygen gas and fuel-consumption experiment of diesel truck engine. ADVANTAGE - The production efficiency of hydrogen and oxygen gas is improved, by forming graphene layer and hydrogen storage metal layer with low hydrogen overvoltage as anode layer. The power efficiency of the electrode for electrolysis can be improved. Since lightweight graphite slab is used as a base material for electrodes, the size and weight reduction of the water electrolyzer can be reduced.
