NOVELTY - Preparation of thermally conductive flame retardant nylon 66 involves dissolving aqueous titanate in water, adding graphene powder, ultrasonically dispersing in a magnetic field, distilling or vacuum-distilling obtained graphene dispersion under magnetic field, adding obtained graphene concentrate to nylon 66 polymerization system and polymerizing. USE - Preparation of thermally conductive nylon 66 (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of thermally conductive nylon 66 having high graphene activity, and excellent graphene dispersion and adhesiveness. The graphene does not agglomerate in nylon 66.
