NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/copper composite material involves (1) heating copper block using vacuum induction melting process to generate molten copper, (2) precisely casting molten copper using molten copper casting technique to prepare copper film, (3) preparing graphene film on surface of copper film using chemical vapor deposition process to prepare copper/carbon material, (4) casting molten copper on surface of copper/carbon material using molten copper casting technique to prepare copper/carbon/copper/composite material, (5) repeating chemical vapor deposition process, preparing graphene film on surface of copper/carbon/copper/composite material to prepare copper/carbon/copper/carbon composite material, (6) repeating molten copper casting process, casting molten copper on surface of copper/carbon/copper/carbon composite material to prepare copper film, preparing copper/carbon/copper/carbon/copper/composite material, and (7) continuously repeating step (3) and step (4). USE - Preparation of graphene/copper composite material (claimed) used in supercapacitor application or motor driving device, in semiconductor chip radiating module and lead frame material applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/copper composite material with multi-layer structure with improved efficiency, and reduced temperature rise.
