NOVELTY - Polyurethane foaming mold using graphene heating comprises a lower mold (1) and an upper mold (2). The upper mold is supported on the upper portion of the lower mold through a bracket (3). The top end of the upper mold is connected with the piston of rod hydraulic cylinder (4). The hydraulic cylinder is fixedly set on the bracket. The upper end face of the lower mold is completely covered with graphene. USE - Polyurethane foaming mold using graphene heating for injecting foaming liquid back plate frame used for heating series of thermocouples, breaker and control devices. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foaming mold has simple structure, and reduces the heat conduction path with high heating, and energy consumption.
