▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene micro-fold triboelectric nanogenerator comprises facricating prestretched polymer/reduced graphene oxide films at temperatures above the polymer glass transition temperature, clamping two ends on a tensile machine, controlling tdifferent recovery deformations of the film, lowering temperature to below its glass transition temperature to fix the deformation, and forming graphene micro-folds with different morphologies; and using shape memory polymer/reduced graphene oxide microfolds as positive electrode of the friction material, aluminum as electrode, polyvinylidene fluoride as negative friction material, and test equipment to build a vertical contact-separation reduced graphene oxide micro-fold triboelectric nanogenerator, in which an external constant force is required to act on the nanogenerator to test its output current and voltage. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene micro-fold triboelectric nanogenerator. ADVANTAGE - The nanogenerator has increased friction area contact which is good for increasing the number of the transfer electrons, improved output performance, and good adhesion, is not easy to be damaged, and prolongs the service life.
