NOVELTY - A graphene hybrid perfluoropolymer hollow fiber membrane preparing method involves using the two-dimensional weaving technology to weave a hollow braided tube using perfluoropolymer filaments as the raw material and using the hollow braided tube as the support layer of the hollow fiber membrane. The hollow braided tube is immersed in a dilute alkali solution to remove the oil on the surface of the perfluoropolymer filament, and the remaining alkali solution is washed with deionized water. The concentric circle coating spinning process is used to co-extrude the hollow braided tube and the casting film solution from the circular spinneret to make the casting film solution, fully solidify in an air bath and a coagulation bath of saturated sodium sulfate solution, and soak in water to remove the sodium sulfate attached to the hollow fiber membrane. The primary hollow fiber membrane is placed in an oven for sintering and the water-soluble binder is removed to obtain the finished product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene hybrid perfluoropolymer hollow fiber membrane preparing method involves using the two-dimensional weaving technology to weave a hollow braided tube using perfluoropolymer filaments as the raw material after the heat setting treatment and using the hollow braided tube as the support layer of the hollow fiber membrane. The hollow braided tube is immersed in a dilute alkali solution to remove the oil on the surface of the perfluoropolymer filament, and the remaining alkali solution is washed with deionized water and dried. 10-30 wt.% perfluoropolymer concentrated dispersion emulsion of the casting film solution system, 0.1-1 wt.% graphene of the casting film solution system and deionized water are mixed, and added with 4-9 wt.% water-soluble binder which accounts for the mass fraction of the casting film liquid system, stirred evenly, allowed to stand for defoaming.
