NOVELTY - Preparing imitation pearl shell interface structure enhanced polymer bonded explosive (PBX) composite involves configuring Tris buffer solution then adding explosive crystal in buffer solution, stirring uniformly, adding dopamine, continuously stirring and reacting, then filtering, washing, drying to obtain poly-dopamine coated explosive powder; constructing imitated pearl shell interface structure by firstly adding certain mass ratio of graphene slurry and cellulose dispersion in deionized water, stirring and dispersing, adding polydopamine coated explosive powder, continuously stirring and mixing solution, heating to 90-95degrees Celsiusin stirring process, after solvent is volatilized, transferring obtained mixture slurry to oven to dry to obtain explosive powder coated by imitated pearl shell interface structure layer; using kneading granulation method by firstly adding product in solvent for dissolving and bonding agent, stirring and mixing, adding adhesive solution. USE - Method for preparing imitation pearl shell interface structure enhanced polymer bonded explosive composite. ADVANTAGE - The method for preparing imitation pearl shell interface structure enhanced polymer bonded explosive composite helps in improving mechanical property of PBX composite by using mechanical property; improves mechanical strength and toughness of composite; is simple process; is easy to amplify and prepare; and has good application prospects.
