NOVELTY - A single-crystal graphene is prepared by placing copper catalyst into reactor, and passing non-oxidizing gas, the copper catalyst being copper single crystal or polycrystalline thin film of copper; heating the copper catalyst to 1000-1070 degrees C for 30-120 minutes; and introducing non-oxidizing gas into the reactor. USE - Method for preparing single-crystal graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation without requiring complex device.
