NOVELTY - Preparation of a high-temperature shape memory epoxy foam composite material involves: 1) mixing an aqueous dispersion of nano particles with an epoxy monomer, followed by stirring to form a Pickering emulsion of water in oil, and adding a curing agent into the pickering emulsion to form an emulsion; 2) pouring the emulsion into a mold, followed by heating and curing. USE - Method is used for preparing shape memory epoxy foam composite material usedstructure shape in shape memory plugging agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process involves using Pickering emulsion template to perform polymerization of epoxy monomer and curing agent, and simultaneously combines foaming and filler particle reinforcement mode, to prepare a shape memory ring having high transition temperature, high strength, toughness and high compressibility. The high-temperature shape memory foam composite material prepared, enables to meet the requirements of plugging in deep and high-temperature formations, and when used in plugging agent, the material enables to achieve crack plugging through its adaptive expansion, at high temperature.
