▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production process of airgel thermal interlining cloth, involves (a) selecting the base fabric containing cotton fibers, performing napping treatment on the surface to form naps, and then undergoing desizing, scouring, washing, and drying sequentially, (b) submerging the base fabric with the napped side downwards in the hot melt adhesive in liquid state, flattening the base fabric and lifting it up at a constant speed, (c) adjusting the mixture of airgel powder, nano-silica, crosslinking agent and polyvinyl alcohol into a sol state, impregnating the glass wool fiber with the mixture, heat-curing it, and then cutting it into short fiber bundles, (d) spraying the short fiber bundles evenly on the side of the base fabric with the raised hairs, vibrating the base fabric back and forth, then melting the hot-melt adhesive, and then flattening the vertical hair, and (e) after cooling, applying the hot-melt adhesive powder on the untapped side of the base fabric to make paste dot coating. USE - Production process of airgel thermal interlining cloth used for composite lining of winter and summer clothes. ADVANTAGE - The interlining cloth is soft and comfortable. The interlining cloth can avoid falling off, and has high thermal insulation effect, and simultaneously is light and thin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production process of airgel thermal interlining cloth, involves (a) selecting the base fabric containing cotton fibers, performing napping treatment on the surface to form naps, and then undergoing desizing, scouring, washing, and drying sequentially, (b) submerging the base fabric with the napped side downwards in the hot melt adhesive in liquid state, flattening the base fabric and lifting it up at a constant speed, so that the erected naps are stained with the hot melt adhesive and kept in a downward state for drying and curing, (c) adjusting the mixture of airgel powder, nano-silica, crosslinking agent and polyvinyl alcohol into a sol state, impregnating the glass wool fiber with the mixture, heat-curing it, and then cutting it into short fiber bundles, (d) spraying the short fiber bundles evenly on the side of the base fabric with the raised hairs, vibrating the base fabric back and forth, so that the short fiber bundles fall into the gaps of the raised hairs, then melting the hot-melt adhesive at high temperature, and then flattening the vertical hair with a hot pressing roller, and (e) after cooling, applying the hot-melt adhesive powder on the untapped side of the base fabric by glue roller transfer to make paste dot coating, so that the hot-melt adhesive powder can be bonded to the base fabric.
