NOVELTY - Preparing water-resistant and freeze-resistant coal gangue and shale clear water brick involves forming plant straw cellulose solution in mixed solution of sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution with mass concentration of 5-7%, adding zinc oxide aqueous solution with mass concentration of 3-6%, 12-17 wt.% of the total mass of the solution with crushed plant straws, and airtightly treating them at 70-90 degrees C for 3-5 hours, performing refining treatment to obtain slurry, adding graphene oxide aqueous solution and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt ionic liquid, mixing well, adding single-walled carbon nanotubes with mass of 0.8-1.5 times the mass of the slurry, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain modified plant straw cellulose solution, taking 20-40 pts. wt. of coal gangue and 80-100 pts. wt. shale, crushing, immersing the crushed shale in the modified plant straw cellulose solution obtained. USE - Method for preparing water-resistant and freeze-resistant coal gangue and shale clear water brick. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and safe, has good water resistance, frost resistance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing water-resistant and freeze-resistant coal gangue and shale clear water brick involves forming plant straw cellulose solution in mixed solution of sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution with mass concentration of 5-7%, adding zinc oxide aqueous solution with mass concentration of 3-6%, 12-17 wt.% of the total mass of the solution with crushed plant straws, and airtightly treating them at 70-90 degrees C for 3-5 hours, performing refining treatment to obtain slurry, adding graphene oxide aqueous solution and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt ionic liquid, mixing well, adding single-walled carbon nanotubes with mass of 0.8-1.5 times the mass of the slurry, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain modified plant straw cellulose solution, taking 20-40 pts. wt. of coal gangue and 80-100 pts. wt. shale, crushing, immersing the crushed shale in the modified plant straw cellulose solution obtained, adding 150-200 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate at pressure of 2.5-3.5 megapascal and temperature of 450-490 degrees C under condition of rotation speed of 250-300 revolution/minute, keeping reaction under constant temperature and pressure for 1-3 hours, natural cooling to room temperature, discharging material and filtering to obtain filter cake which is mixture of modified coal gangue and shale, mixing modified coal gangue and shale mixture with fly ash in mass ratio of 2-4:1, adding water with a mass of 0.15-0.25 times the mass of the mixture of modified coal gangue and shale, and fluxing with a mass of 0.05-0.12 times the mass of the mixture of modified coal gangue and shale. The mixture is obtained. The mixture is poured into granulator to granulate to obtain pre-treated blank. The pre-treated blank is aged for 1-2 days. The base material granules are obtained. The base material particles are poured into a mold and pressed to form green body. The green body is moved into drying oven, and dried to moisture content of 2-5% at temperature of 85-98 degrees C to obtain pretreatment body. The pretreatment green body is moved into sintering furnace, and fired at 900-1000 degrees C to form shape to obtain water-resistant and freeze-resistant coal gangue and shale clear water bricks.
