NOVELTY - The device has a graphene-garnet module arranged with a garnet layer that is selected as core layer module. The core layer module is provided with a laser power supply, an input optical fiber collimator and lens. The graphene-garnet module is connected with an output optical fiber collimator that is connected with a detector along a light path direction. The detector is connected with a single graphene layer that is connected with two sides of the garnet layer. USE - Graphene-garnet photoelectric electric current sensor device. ADVANTAGE - The device increases electric current sensor measuring precision, reduces zero drifting difficulties, and optimizes a device structure so as to improve linearization of sensor measurement result. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a graphene-garnet module.
