▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The present invention provides a graphene material body and a manufacturing method thereof, the polymer powder material and the blended carbon black and graphene are uniformly mixed into a mixture, and then the mixture formed of the polymer powder material, the carbon black, and the graphene is spray-coated on the surface of a substrate by electrostatic spray guns through the technical means of electrostatic spraying operation, so as to form a graphene coating layer. The graphene coating layer is supported by the substrate; wherein the polymer powder is at least 10 grams, the blended carbon black and graphene are 1%-10% by weight. The mixture is uniformly coated on the substrate, and bonded to the substrate by strong bonding force to form a graphene material body, wherein the carbon black is dispersed between the graphene in the produced graphene material body. With the mutual contact of graphene and the carbon black, and the carbon black's material characteristics of low resistivity and high electrical conductivity, the charges in the graphene material body can move more easily, so it has good electrical conductivity, heat dissipation, and anti-electromagnetic wave property to be applied to various fields.
