NOVELTY - A gate valve outer anti-corrosion anti-fouling coating comprises 50-60 pts. wt. silicon acrylic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. alginate, 2-4 pts. wt. isocyanate, 1-3 pts. wt. cerium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 5-10 pts. wt. ethyl acetoacetate, 10-15 pts. wt. n-butanol, 0.5-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. octyl alcohol, and 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - Gate valve outer anti-corrosion anti-fouling coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is not easy to peel, and has good raw materials compatibility, adhesive force, corrosion resistance and anti-fouling performance, and prolongs service life of gate valve. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating comprising mixing ethyl acetoacetate and wollastonite powder, stirring, adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing at 30-40 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, heating to 70-80 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, and spray-drying; mixing cerium oxide and nano-titanium dioxide, adding octadecyl alcohol and coupling agent, and grinding; and adding high speed mixer with silicon acrylic resin and alginate, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding isocyanate, n-butyl alcohol and steps (A) and (B) products, pre-mixing for 30-40 minutes, adding to double-screw extruder, extruding, cooling, tableting, crushing, sieving, and packaging.
