▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A direct in-situ preparation of graphene optical fiber comprises installing chemical vapor deposition equipment on fiber drawing machine, placing bare optical fiber drawn by wire drawing machine in chamber of chemical vapor deposition equipment, and heating to 500-1700 degrees C with inert atmosphere; and maintaining temperature constant, feeding carbon source and hydrogen gas into device cavity, carrying out chemical vapor deposition reaction, closing carbon source after reaction, and quickly cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for direct in-situ preparation of graphene optical fiber used for high speed optical communication, optical modulator, biological sensor, and intelligent wearing equipment. ADVANTAGE - The method has high graphite crystallinity, uniform distribution, controllable layer number, high coverage, high conductivity, saturable absorption, low energy consumption, and simple preparation.
