NOVELTY - A graphene/graphene oxide film comprises a bacterial cellulose film and graphene particles or graphene oxide microparticles. The bacterial cellulose membrane has a continuous nanofiber network structure. The graphene particles/graphene oxide microparticles are uniformly distributed on the mesh of the bacterial cellulose film and on the nanofiber surface. USE - Graphene/graphene oxide film is used in thermal conductive film, filter film, conductive film and battery separator. ADVANTAGE - The film has high strength and uniform distribution of graphene/graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene/graphene oxide film, which involves installing a bacterial adhering material on a rotating bracket of a fermenter, mixing graphene/graphene oxide dispersion with medium of bacterial cellulose in a medium storage area of the fermenter, sterilizing, cooling, inoculating bacterial strain, transporting the resultant mixed solution to a spray system of the fermenter, uniformly spraying the mixed solution on a rotating stent using the spray system, such that the graphene/graphene oxide-bacterial cellulose composite film is grown after the fermentation is completed, removing the composite film, heating and sterilizing using alkali, water washing, drying, molding and drying; and (2) fermenter.
