NOVELTY - Method for modifying swimming ring involves (i) mixing 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene oxide with 1-2 pts. wt. modified molybdenum disulfide, adding 20-40 pts. wt. deionized water, sealing and ultrasonically stirring at 50-55 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding aqueous ammonia to adjust the pH to neutral, and adding 60-90 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane and mixing well to obtain pre-treated water-based polyurethane, (ii) adding 4-7 pts. wt. modified nano calcium carbonate and 1-2 pts. wt. modified nano silica to the pre-treated water-based polyurethane obtained in step (i), and magnetically stirring at 80-85 degrees C 10-20 minutes, adding 2-3 pts. wt. plasticizer glycerol, continuously stirring for 50-60 minutes, and leaving to degas to obtain a non-slip wear-resistant coating, and (iii) uniformly coating the anti-slip and wear-resistant coating on the surface of the swimming ring using the coating rod, naturally drying, and performing wet back treatment at a constant temperature in humidity box. USE - Method for modifying swimming ring. ADVANTAGE - The swimming ring is easy-to-grip, non-slippery and has excellent wear-resistant property.
