▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing rare earth-doped graphene-aluminum-based composite material involves (i) mixing rare earth metal oxide, ammonia carboxy complexing agent and water, carrying out complexation reaction, mixing with graphene solution, and carrying out spray granulation to obtain rare earth doped graphene, where the rare earth metal oxide includes yttrium oxide, lanthanum oxide and/or cerium oxide, and the ammonia carboxy complexing agent comprises ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid, and/or triethylenetetraminehexaacetic acid, and (ii) mixing rare earth-doped graphene with an aluminum matrix, and pressing and molding, and sintering in a protective atmosphere. USE - Preparation of rare earth doped graphene-aluminum-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides rare earth-doped graphene-aluminum-based composite material with improved bonding effect of graphene and matrix material, uniform dispersion of graphite, and enhanced strength and conductivity of the matrix material. The method has simple technique, wide raw material source, low cost, energy-saving and environment-friendly, and wide industrial application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a rare earth-doped graphene-aluminum-based composite material.
