▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A rolled copper foil (10) has ratio (IC/IA) of maximum value (IC) for detection strength occurring when alpha is 15 degrees and beta is 90 degrees plus minus 2 degrees to maximum value (IA) for detection strength occurring when alpha is 70 degrees and beta is 0 degrees plus minus 2 degrees C of less than 1, and ratio (ID/IB) of maximum value (ID) for detection strength occurring when alpha is 15 degrees and beta is 270 degrees plus minus 2 degrees to maximum value (IB) for detection strength occurring when alpha is 70 degrees and beta is 180 degrees plus minus 2 degrees C of less than 1, based on (111) direct pole figure. USE - Rolled copper foil is used for manufacture of graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to separator for fuel cell, transparent electrode, conductive thin film of display element, mercury-free fluorescent lamp, composite material and carrier of drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The graphene having large area is economically manufactured using rolled copper foil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene (20), which involves supplying hydrogen gas and carbon-containing gas (G) to interior of predetermined chamber (100) while arranging heated rolled copper foil in the interior, forming graphene on surface of copper plating layer of the rolled copper foil, and etching rolled copper foil while laminating transfer sheet (30) on surface of the graphene and transferring the graphene on the transfer sheet.
