▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial functionalized graphene oxide involves dispersing graphene oxide in anhydrous ethanol ultrasonically for 10-30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, preparing mixed solution containing 2-10 wt.% aminopropyl triethoxysilane, 75-85 wt.% absolute ethyl alcohol and 5-15 wt.% de-ionized water, using acetic acid to regulate pH to 4-5, hydrolyzing for 3- 5 hours at room temperature, mixing obtained solution with graphene oxide dispersion, using sodium hydroxide to regulate pH of system to 7-10, stirring for 6-10 hours at 60-80 degrees C, centrifuging, washing and performing freeze drying to obtain modified graphene oxide. The preparation of antibacterial functionalized graphene oxide further involves mixing modified graphene oxide dispersed in deionized water, dispersing ultrasonically for 10-30 minutes to obtain 0.1-0.5 mg/ml modified graphene oxide dispersion liquid. USE - Method for preparing antibacterial functionalized graphene oxide for inhibiting bacteria (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare antibacterial functionalized graphene oxide which helps in improving biological activity, expanding antibacterial spectrum, reducing dosage of antibiotics, reducing generation of drug-resistant strain, has good curative effect for monotherapy treatment of infection, simple preparation method, mild reaction condition and is eco-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of antibacterial functionalized graphene oxide further involves dissolving 0.1-0.5 mg/ml amoxicillin in 2-(N-morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid (MES) buffer solution with pH value of 5.5-6.5, adding 0.5-2mg/ml 1,3-dimethylaminopropyl-3-ethyl-carbodiimide with 1-4 mg/ml N-hydroxyl succinimide, stirring for 2-5 hours, adding modified graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring for 20-36 hours room temperature, centrifuging, washing, freezing and drying to obtain desired antibacterial functionalized graphene oxide.
